It isn't what we don't know that gives us trouble, it's what we know that ain't so.

The Tea Party Express Rolls Through Washington

Posted by Terry L. Bradbury on October 31, 2009

Last night the Tea Party Express came to the Puyallup Fairgrounds in western Washington and was met by thousands of supporters who are clearly fed up with the excesses of our government. In fact the numbers were so large that they were threatened with the possibility of the event being closed down!

The Scariest Site On The Internet

Posted by Terry L. Bradbury on October 31, 2009

Happy Halloween! This is the time of year for all things scary, and I have found what I believe to be the Scariest Site on the Internet. No, it isn’t scary in the traditional sense — no monsters, no scenes of gore, no Dracula, Wolfman, or Mummy. To me the scariest movies have always been the ones that are based in reality or have a possibility of actually happening, and this site has true horrors on display.

The source of my fears? If you have the stomach for it, take a good long look at the U.S. Debt Clock and study the numbers, especially down at the bottom. Before congress passes even one more penny’s worth of legislation (let alone planning a massive takeover of the healthcare system), we already have a problem of truly catastrophic proportions. I have always enjoyed disaster epics, mainly because I know they could never happen (I particularly enjoy ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ because of the insane ‘climate change’ supposition). Unfortunately this disaster is all too real, and it is now upon us.
